CONCERT BY ADRIAN RUGER
7:00 PM at the Amusement Hall Adrian grew up in Bancroft, Idaho. At the age of 3 he learned to play the piano by ear watching his older brother practice. He would look at pictures in a lesson book, associate each picture with its accompanying song and then play it. Adrian studied under several teachers in his youth, including Bonnie Reed, Mike Hatch and six years of advanced studies with the late Sara Lyn Gibson of Grace, Idaho. He enjoys playing classical pieces and his favorite being the works of Chopin and Beethoven. He is also self taught in country, rock and new age piano styles. |
